| - happy Friday! - dotter has a sleepover with her friend. Gosh both have been bugging us parents until we had to give in. - signed lease for our rental. I like the house, though it is old, it has a charming quality to it. It is an updated Eichler. No radiant heating issues or broken glass issues, the owner took care of it. Kitchen is decent for a 50 year old house. There is a bonus room to be dotters playroom. I will miss my kitchen the most for the millionth time. Compromises are closet space, and bathroom space. - folks are coming to see our place for rent. A dog owner emailed romba paavama, 'do you have space for our little dog'. Sometimes I feel a small dog probably is better than two rambunctious children. Anyway, a few people have shown interest let us see if one will be ready to sign the lease. In a way it is good, we will still be in the market. God has a plan, we don't know his plan yet. Need to figure out this whole renting thing, we liked how our landlord did it, so going to follow the same. He is in marketing and did a great job marketing the house ;--) tomorrow is our turn. - I can apply for dotters school. I am hearing there are spots in her home school. Keeping fingers crossed.
