I knew it because there was an email from school saying ' don't panic everyone in the school is safe. We are in shelter-in-place mode as per police advice' Thankful for the kids and everyone in the school being safe. They missed outside play, they stayed locked up in rooms. Suspect is still at large.
- took her to the library because I am tired of reading the same stories a million times over. I wish I were a kid again! The number of books I could read! She played with some puppets while I picked her books. Picked Young Cam Jansen mysteries, I am looking forward to bed time reading!
- 4 viewings to our house today since we reduced price yesterday! We just wanna sell quickly the extra cash is for our peace of mind. I would rather have some peace of mind than saving or making extra money. The uncertainty is frustrating.
- work is so slow and boring. Lot of folks are at a conference. I am not getting myself to revamp my resume. It is like I am waiting for something to happen. Three more weeks for vacation. Cannot wait!
- dotter starts her summer from next week, a few days earlier than public schools, hence there are no camps available for her for next week! Getting a baby sitter with a friend and sharing her with her kid. Only for a week. Work from home will not work and I have to go to Ftown too. I am excited for dotter to start her first real summer camp the week after!
