| It is a good time to check on my 2015 resolutions. I have failed miserably so far.
Diet is not great Have to start working out after sabbatical Need to start spending more time with dotter Started volunteering again, need to do more Productivity at work also complete nose dive thanks to all the changes happening around me
So mid year I would rate myself Below Expectations;--p But then I am still settling down. This week is a good start.
I am going to focus on diet and workout this week and will add more in the following weeks.
1) diet - no processed food, no simple carbs, no junk, no sugar, no coffee, more fruits and veggies.
2) workout - abs need ton of toning, may start that 30 day challenge, weights, start cardio. Try to workout in office atleast twice a week.
