- market is slowing down looks like. The day we listed the house a similar house got listed below our listing price. It is sure to go first. My heart sank at first thinking out home might not sell. Apparently desi junta which are predominantly those who look for homes in our area don't really care for a nice functional kitchen or for that matter solar panels and electric vehicle charging. Only location and price. Which probably is correct because you want to remodel the house the way you like. Heck I would buy my house again, without a second thought. So anyway the silver lining to the other house on the market is the fact that only one person can get that house. There are still others still in the market looking for homes. We are being very optimistic about the sale, not sure how things are going to be.
- market is slowing down. We saw a house that was actually reduced in price in the hot hot market. The agents were really trying to sell, pointing out the goodness. May be waiting to buy is a good idea. Need to find a place to rent soon.
- Dad and mom called, which was a surprise. JSK was jumping around being a monkey with them on FaceTime. All is well which is always good to hear. Work tomorrow! I am already lagging behind, I have to study for an interview. Times are so uncertain. But Dad said whatever has to happen will happen and everything will be for the good. Deep breaths in and out.
